I woke up one day and realized I did not like how my life was going. So I wrote about it and posted it on Facebook. I started to change my life, my diet, my activity, my interactions with others and my attitude. Since then, I have lost 25 pounds and I have turned 30 years old. I am now training for my first half marathon and I have partnered with Team in Training to do so! I joined tumblr after reading Ben Does Life.
